Born in Minsk in USSR, Georges Lakhovsky had arrived by 1941 in USA having escaped the Nazi occupation of France. Prior to this, in Paris 1931-1938 he had cured a number of cancer sufferers in Parisian hospitals with his invention, the Multi Wave Oscillator (MWO).

He was murdered by a hit and run driver on the streets of New York, outside a cancer hospital where he had been treating patients. He died on 31.8.42 at the Adelphi Hospital in Brooklyn.

He had been welcomed to New York by Dr Disraeli Kobak who went on to treat several thousand patients suffering from various diseases from 1941 to 1958 using Lakhovsky’s invention, the MWO. Many doctors around the world have used this device successfully.
