Barriers to justice for those suffering the illogical rejection of a parent by a child

Is child abuse endemic in UK legal system? The fact that the children of many separating couples are permanently alienated from one parent suggests that the UK’s so called FamilyJustice system does not have ‘the best interests of the child’ at heart. The failure to keep records of outcomes for all the children who have passed through the system is further evidence of this and also puts UK in contravention of UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC). The CRC requires competent supervision of Family Justice system.
